Welcome to Secure Accounting Miami. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before engaging in our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies that may apply. Secure Accounting Miami reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Services
Secure Accounting Miami provides professional tax preparation, filing, advisory, bookkeeping, IRS representation, and related financial services for individuals and businesses. We also offer Audit Shield™, an optional subscription-based tax audit support and monitoring service designed to assist clients with eligible IRS and state tax notices, audit guidance, correspondence support, and related tax resolution matters.
Our goal is to deliver accurate, high-quality service and support clients in making informed financial decisions. While we use reasonable care and professional judgment in preparing and reviewing filings and related services, clients remain responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information.
Final responsibility for the accuracy of information submitted to tax authorities rests with the client. Audit Shield™ coverage, benefits, limitations, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and response times are subject to separate program terms and conditions.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Secure Accounting Miami, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal identification details, tax-related documents, and financial records. We are not liable for any penalties or damages that may arise from incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information provided by the client.
4. Confidentiality
We take the confidentiality of your personal and financial information seriously. All information shared with us is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle, store, and protect your data.
5. Audit Shield™ Terms
Audit Shield™ is a subscription-based support program offered by Secure Accounting Miami. Audit Shield™ is not insurance, legal representation, or a guarantee against audits, penalties, tax assessments, collections activity, or enforcement actions.
Coverage, response times, benefits, limitations, exclusions, and eligibility requirements may vary depending on the selected subscription level.
5.1 90-Day Activation Waiting Period
Audit Shield™ benefits become active ninety (90) calendar days after enrollment and successful payment processing.
Any tax matter, audit, notice, inquiry, examination, collection activity, balance due, or enforcement action initiated, generated, mailed, assessed, filed, or otherwise identifiable before the expiration of the 90-day activation period shall be considered pre-existing and excluded from coverage.
A matter may be considered pre-existing regardless of whether the client was aware of the issue at the time of enrollment.
5.2 Exclusions
Audit Shield™ does not include:
Tax Court litigation
Criminal tax matters
Fraud investigations
Payroll tax disputes
Previously existing audits or notices
Matters resulting from false, incomplete, misleading, or omitted information
State or federal matters initiated before activation
Business restructuring or transactional legal work
5.3 Lapsed or Reinstated Accounts
If a subscription lapses, is canceled, suspended, declined, refunded, disputed, or otherwise terminated, Secure Accounting Miami may require a new activation waiting period before benefits resume
6. Payment Terms
Clients are responsible for paying all fees for the services rendered by Secure Accounting Miami. Our pricing is communicated upfront before services begin. Payments must be made in full according to the agreed terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and services provided on this website are owned by Secure Accounting Miami and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Secure Accounting Miami shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for accuracy in our work, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or results of the services provided. Any tax filing errors or omissions are the sole responsibility of the client.
9. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
10. Termination of Services
Secure Accounting Miami reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if a client violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in activities that are illegal or harmful. Upon termination, the client is still responsible for any outstanding payments owed to us for services provided up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Miami, Florida.
12. SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance
By providing your phone number to Secure Accounting (“we,” “our,” “us”), you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account, appointment reminders, service updates, billing notifications, and promotional offers, where permitted by law.
1. Message Frequency:
Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with our business. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier.
2. Opt-In Consent:
By submitting your phone number through any of our web forms, you are expressly opting in to receive text messages from Secure Accounting. Your consent to receive marketing or promotional texts is not a condition of purchase or service.
3. Opt-Out Instructions:
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send. After opting out, you may still receive important non-marketing communications such as account notifications or service-related messages.
4. Data Privacy:
We respect your privacy. Any information collected through SMS will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and other state and federal regulations.
5. Supported Carriers & Liability:
Message delivery may be delayed or unavailable due to carrier issues. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
